Ginny Shumate

Hello and welcome, I am Ginny Shumate Conference Coordinator for KAEMT's 2008 Spring Fling.
I wanted to take few moments to express my Thanks to all the Students, Instructors, Sponsors and
the many Volunteers that brought this event to a successful conclusion. The Spring Fling went very
smooth and Saturdays "Party with the Vendors" was very good. My personal thanks to Robert Galvin
         and his team from Air Evac Lifeteam and Lori Barton and her team from PHI for a professional presentation
of the BLS and ALS tracks for the continuing education.  We were also very fortunate to have classes
provided by Kentucky Division of Permanency and Protection, Kentucky Department of Agriculture,
U of L Department of Health and Environmental Services, EMS Consultants, LLC and our own KAEMT
President, Steve Becraft. Without the wonderful gift of their time and knowledge this conference would
not have been possible.  The evaluations we received we positive and there were good ideas for
 the next conference. Please look through the pictures and see the good time that was had by everyone.
